In fact, I have gotten listings from several sellers who were scared to death by other agents that had convinced them that their house was all wrong and needed to be completely redone. Instead, I suggest easy, affordable ways to spiff up your home for selling. New paint? Easy enough. New carpet? Perhaps. But it also might be able to clean up nicely with a good shampooing. Tear out the kitchen and redo? Probably not. Breathe easy Mr. or Mrs. Seller. I want to help our your pocket book, not drain it.

If a home calls for it, I’ll hire professionals to assist with staging, decluttering (if needed or neccessary), and organizing.
